No Refund & Final Sale Policy
Due to the nature of our products and strict health and hygiene regulations, all sales of lash trays, adhesives, and liquids are FINAL SALE.
• No Refunds: We do not offer monetary refunds for any products once the purchase is complete.
• No Returns: To maintain the safety of our customers and the integrity of our professional supplies, we cannot accept returns on lash trays, even if they appear unopened.
• No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for different curls, lengths, or diameters after an order has been shipped. Please double-check your cart before checking out.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within [48–72] hours of delivery.
• To Report an Issue: Email us at nessaitzell@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product.
• Resolution: If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement of the exact same item at no additional cost to you.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
LAVISH LASH is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location or a business address.
